Night Ride July 30, 2005

On July 30, 2005 we had a "Summerfest" Night Poker Run with a Bean-Hole-Bean Supper. There was a total of 50 wheelers and about 80 riders who enjoyed the beans made by Steve Campbell. After the meal everyone left for the night ride. It was a beautiful night with a fantastic display of stars. The only set back was the temperature was a little cool for the end of July especially for those who weren't prepared for it. The ride ended at the Whistle Stop at about 10:45 with Stanley Blake of Limington winning first and second prizes and Bob Jandreau of Caribou winning third prize. We would like to thank the family of the Whistle Stop for letting us feed everyone and leave from their business, also thanks to those who came and enjoyed the trails with us!
